My Sourdough

I began baking bread out of love for my family's health. I wanted something nourishing enough to support everyday life. Simple. Honest. Made with care.

That desire led me to sourdough. Bread shaped by time, fermentation, and patience. Bread that supports the body naturally.

Through my baking, I hope to share that same care with you. May each loaf bring warmth to your table and nourishment to the people you love.
